With a formal, long-standing diagnosis for ADD, I need to effectively manage the symptoms in a variety of ways; including tricks/tools that are simple, reliable and effective by "automatically" increasing self-awareness, focus, thinking/doing in a more linear fashion - in other words, taking ownership and responsibility to manage the symptoms by putting as much as I can on "reminder lists" that I can trust; rather than my monkey mind.
Thus, the reason for test-driving 3 apps. Ive found the Readdle app best for me because of its wide, one-stop shopping approach and it is just more visually appealing.
